Konsileo

Konsileo is a UK chartered commercial insurance broker built around its brokers rather than a management hierarchy. Launched in 2017 by John Warburton, its co-founder and chief executive, and Peter Henderson, its co-founder and chief operating officer, it employs more than 220 people and arranges over 85 million pounds of insurance premiums a year for British businesses. Its proprietary platform strips out administration, lets brokers with different specialisms team up and divide work between themselves, embeds real-time compliance checking and searches the whole market for a quote rather than steering business to preferred partners; it trains through the Konsileo Academy. The company has raised 25.8 million dollars across four disclosed rounds, most recently a 5 million pound equity round in October 2026 led by long-standing shareholder Committed Capital with ACF Investors.
