Newfront is a San Mateo insurance brokerage that sells commercial cover and employee benefits alongside its own software. The business insurance side spans casualty, property, cyber, executive risk, private client, surety and workers' compensation, with specialist practices for companies going public and for alternative risk financing, claims advocacy, contract review and global programmes. Its total rewards arm covers employee and global benefits, compensation, retirement services and HR administration. The technology it puts in front of clients includes Navigator, RiskPulse, coverage gap analysis, contract review and predictive modelling. The company says it works with around 20 per cent of US unicorns. Founded in 2017.
